Sisterhood Shabbat Service Friday, February 12 at 6:30 pm
All are welcome to celebrate Shabbat together from home. This service will be led by members of Sisterhood along with Rabbi Karen and Batya Ellinoy. Cynthia Atkins will offer the dvar Torah. The service will include creative readings based on this year's theme, "Lifting Our Spirits By Strengthening One Another." Please join us through Zoom or Livestream. A Zoom Oneg will follow the service! Bring your own wine and challah.

Bring your lunch and join on Zoom for our lively and relevant weekly Talmud study from 12:00-1:00 pm with the rabbis. No prior experience necessary. We are continuing to study Tractate Brachot (Blessings).

While we are not able to volunteer in person, the temple is continuing our commitment to JF&CS Family Table and Father Bill's & Mainspring Shelter.The Social Action Committee is asking the Grade 5 class and the Brotherhood to lead our collection of items for Family Table and Father Bill's January 11 through February 15. Family Table - Canned salmon and Whole grain pasta Father Bill's - Travel size toiletries and breakfast foods Please bring items to the boxes in the school lobby. Thank you for your ongoing support!

As part of the celebration of the Temple’s 60th Anniversary, students in a Double Chai teen elective interviewed four long-time temple families. In two special videos, these congregants speak about the sense of love and community that they feel as temple members, and tell the story of how the destruction of the previous temple building in 1987 nevertheless brought hope to the temple community as they began to build the current building on Clapboardtree St.Click hereto see our temple's history.
