Shabbat Evening Service Friday, January 15 at 6:30 pm
All are welcome to celebrate Shabbat together from home. Participate through Zoom or Livestream. Each year, the Reform Movement honors the legacy of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by commemorating the Shabbat nearest to MLK Day as Shabbat Tzedek, a "Sabbath of Justice." On this Shabbat, we remember the life and work of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and celebrate the hard-fought victories of the civil rights movement. It is also a time for reflection on our country's current events and recommitment to the ongoing struggle for racial justice. Members of the Social Action Committee will particpate.
