Sustainable Seder

Sunday, March 30, 2025 1 Nisan 5785

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Please join the Temple Beth David community for a special Passover Seder that focuses on humane animal treatment, environment protection and climate change. We will combine the wisdom of the traditional Jewish holiday with the contemporary desire to live with our health and sustainability in mind, during Passover and beyond. The cost includes a sustainable seder plate, blessings, songs and discussion focused on the treatment of fellow human beings, animals, and earth, and a delicious light vegetarian meal from Simcha restaurant. The seder will be led by Rabbi Karen and is sponsored by the temple's Social Action committee. $36 per adult; children 12 and under are free. All are welcome regardless of financial ability; please contact Jesse Cerrotti for financial assistance.
